The permit was filed on Oct 02, 2019 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 18 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Department Of Housing Preservati filed the permit through their representative Michael Gelfand of Mhg Architects PC.
The existing building is a House built in 1920 with 2 floors and 1,440 square feet of space.
