The proposed 34-foot-tall building will have 11,969 square feet of residential space and 3,745 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 19, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building.
Wallace Avenue Builders LLC filed the permit through their representative Joseph Morace of A&t Engineering PC.
The existing building is a House built in 1925 with 2 floors and 1,845 square feet of space.
