Permits have been filed to build a two-story two-unit residential building at 42-30 247 Street, in Douglaston-Little Neck, Queens. The proposed 27-foot-tall building will have 1,933 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 31, 2020 specifying a wood-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 32 square feet of back yard space.
Murray Ridge LLC filed the permit through their representative Belal Salim of Gino Longo Architect.
The existing building is a Skyscraper built in 2021 with 71 floors and 1,380 square feet of space.
