The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 6,642 square feet of residential space and 2,176 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Oct 03, 2019 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 12 square feet of front yard and 45 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a House built in 1945 with 1 floor and 1,099 square feet of space.
