The permit was filed on Mar 30, 2020 specifying a wood-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 31 square feet of back yard space.
45 Lenox Partners LLC filed the permit through their representative Francisco Nunez of Think Design Architecture.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 2 floors and 1,552 square feet of space.
