Permits have been filed to build a four-story eight-unit residential building on three contiguous lots at 455 – 465 Vandalia Avenue, in Starrett City, Brooklyn. The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 6,642 square feet of residential space and 7,621 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 26, 2019 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 18 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Department Of Housing Preservati filed the permit through their representative Michael Gelfand of Mhg Architects PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2013 with 1 floor and 17,042 square feet of space.
