Permits have been filed to build a four-story eight-unit residential building on 11 contiguous lots at 429 – 465 Vandalia Avenue, in Starrett City, Brooklyn. The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 4,792 square feet of residential space and 3,744 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 03, 2019 with 15 square feet of front yard and 24 square feet of back yard space.
Department Of Housing Preservati filed the permit through their representative Michael Gelfand of Warren Meister Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 2 floors and 3,200 square feet of space.
