Permits have been filed to build a six-story 16-unit residential building at 4622 Fort Hamilton Parkway, in Borough Park, Brooklyn. The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 2,007 square feet of residential space and 2,201 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 12, 2020 specifying a wood-based building with 12 square feet of front yard and 40 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Ying Jiang of Pirooz Engineering PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 2 floors and 3,500 square feet of space.
