The permit was filed on Dec 30, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
47 Longfellow Realty LLC filed the permit through their representative Peter Calvanico of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2021 with 71 floors and 1,380 square feet of space.
