Permits have been filed to build a three-story residential building at 47 Wieland Avenue, in Woodrow, Staten Island. The proposed 35-foot-tall building will have 300 square feet of residential space. The permit was filed on Oct 26, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 11 square feet of front yard and 28 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Timothy Boyland of Sion Consulting Engineering PC.
The existing building was built in 1930 with 2 floors and 3,399 square feet of space.
