The permit was filed on Dec 16, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Rj 4th Ave LLC filed the permit through their representative Jeffery Gertler of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1910 with 3 floors and 1,971 square feet of space.
