Permits have been filed to build a three-story residential building on two contiguous lots at 56 – 60 Wieland Avenue, in Woodrow, Staten Island. The proposed 35-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 10, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Surfside Development Cop filed the permit through their representative Antoine Sayad of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1950 with 1 floor and 2,108 square feet of space.
