The proposed 75-foot-tall building will have 340,540 square feet of residential space and 35,400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Nov 12, 2019 specifying a concrete (cip)-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 4 floors and 9,800 square feet of space.
