The permit was filed on May 21, 2020 with 14 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
Home Depot filed the permit through their representative Richard J Bencivenga of Tao.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1938 with 3 floors and 3,880 square feet of space.
