The permit was filed on Jan 15, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 20 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Ap Holding Group filed the permit through their representative Angelo Ng of Ameriland Brook LLC.
The existing building is a House built in 1936 with 2 floors and 2,187 square feet of space.
