Permits have been filed to build a seven-story 77-unit building at 6375 Broadway, in Van Cortland Park, Bronx. The proposed 68-foot-tall building will have 45,647 square feet of residential space and 133,684 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 20, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 18 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Stagg Group filed the permit through their representative Minkuk Kim of Marin Architects PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1965 with 3 floors and 3,880 square feet of space.
