The proposed 40-foot-tall building will have 10,617 square feet of residential space and 5,773 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Mar 23, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
Infinity Properties filed the permit through their representative Robert Bianchini of Ar-tech Engineering.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1970 with 1 floor and 2,596 square feet of space.
