Permits have been filed to build a seven-story 45-unit residential building at 648 Dekalb Avenue, in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The proposed 69-foot-tall building will have 32,485 square feet of residential space and 1,470 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 04, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1955 with 2 floors and 8,247 square feet of space.
