The permit was filed on Apr 27, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 57 square feet of back yard space.
Arverne Community Center Cop filed the permit through their representative Rafael Stein of Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1988 with 2 floors and 123,910 square feet of space.
