Permits have been filed to build a four-story eight-unit residential building on four contiguous lots at Vandalia Avenue and Gateway Drive, in Spring Creek, Brooklyn. The proposed 37-foot-tall building will have 4,792 square feet of residential space and 3,744 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 03, 2019 with 15 square feet of front yard and 24 square feet of back yard space.
Department Of Housing Preservati filed the permit through their representative Michael Gelfand of Warren Meister Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 2 floors and 3,200 square feet of space.
