Permits have been filed to build a four-story eight-unit residential building on two contiguous lots at 702 – 704 Hart Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The proposed 53-foot-tall building will have 5,264 square feet of residential space and 1,579 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Feb 23, 2017 specifying a masonry-based building with 20 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Suresh Manchanda of L & C Associates.
The existing building is a House built in 1920 with 2 floors and 968 square feet of space.
