The permit was filed on May 11, 2020 specifying a concrete (cip)-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 57 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Arben Sela of Smith-miller Hawkinson Arch LLP.
The existing building is a House built in 1901 with 1 floor and 432 square feet of space.
