The permit was filed on Feb 10, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
Brooklyn Boyz Developers LLC filed the permit through their representative Giuseppe Anzalone of Group 2 Architects Engineers.
