Permits have been filed to build a nine-story 60-unit residential building at 778 Myrtle Avenue, in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The proposed 93-foot-tall building will have 11,969 square feet of residential space and 3,745 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 13, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building.
Housing Preservation And Dev. filed the permit through their representative Akiko Kyei-aboagye of A&t Engineering PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1975 with 2 floors and 1,152 square feet of space.
