The proposed 75-foot-tall building will have 18,878 square feet of residential space and 1,804 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 17, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Dept Of Housing Preservation Dev filed the permit through their representative John Coogan of Ocv Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2018 with 2 floors and 1,849 square feet of space.
