The permit was filed on Dec 28, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
B & E 813 Broadway LLC filed the permit through their representative Ralph Kowalczyk of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1930 with 2 floors and 4,752 square feet of space.
