Permits have been filed to build a two-story residential building at 82 Harbor View Place South, in Shore Acres, Staten Island. The proposed 28-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 28, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Sams Trust filed the permit through their representative Peter Calvanico of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a House built in 1930 with 2 floors and 2,416 square feet of space.
