Permits have been filed to build a four-story eight-unit residential building on four contiguous lots at 83 – 95 Gateway Drive, in Spring Creek, Brooklyn. The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 23,986 square feet of residential space and 6,225 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Aug 28, 2019 specifying a concrete (cip)-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 46 square feet of back yard space.
Nyc Hpd – Office Of Development filed the permit through their representative Michael Gelfand of Studio Gallos.
The existing building is a House built in 1920 with 2 floors and 3,000 square feet of space.
