The permit was filed on Dec 16, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Bahram Tehrani of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1905 with 3 floors and 3,600 square feet of space.
