The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 6,642 square feet of residential space and 7,621 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 27, 2019 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 54 square feet of back yard space.
Department Of Housing Preservati filed the permit through their representative Michael Gelfand of Mhg Architects PC.
The existing building is a House built in 1915 with 2 floors and 1,984 square feet of space.
