The proposed 37-foot-tall building will have 6,870 square feet of residential space and 7,621 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 25, 2019 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 35 square feet of back yard space.
Department Of Housing Preservati filed the permit through their representative Michael Gelfand of Mhg Architects PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 1 floor and 800 square feet of space.
