The proposed 30-foot-tall building will have 1,023,145 square feet of residential space and 4,480 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 31, 2023 with 20 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Hugh Isleib of Ahuja Partnership Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1915 with 2 floors and 3,240 square feet of space.
