The permit was filed on May 20, 2022 with 18 square feet of front yard and 54 square feet of back yard space.
Jrd Brothers Inc. filed the permit through their representative Bakhtiar Shamloo of Tabriz Group Design.
The existing building was built in 1940 with 5 floors and 12,600 square feet of space.
