The permit was filed on May 27, 2022 with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Dunkin Donuts filed the permit through their representative Misha Saradoff of Ec Expediting Services.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2004 with 1 floor and 2,562 square feet of space.
