The permit was filed on Oct 21, 2025 with 17 square feet of front yard and 37 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Michael Freedman of Shremshock Architects And Engineers.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1955 with 1 floor and 3,569 square feet of space.
