The permit was filed on Feb 26, 2026 with 8 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Mohammad Baalbaki of Nikolai Katz Architect.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1930 with 2 floors and 3,496 square feet of space.
