The permit was filed on Dec 10, 2025 with 8 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
West Egg Development filed the permit through their representative Shahin Badaly of Badaly Engineering PLLC.
The existing building is a High-rise built in 1974 with 24 floors and 532,700 square feet of space.
