The permit was filed on Dec 18, 2025 with 15 square feet of front yard and 35 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Frank Martarella Iii of Fabian Cruz Pe PLLC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1959 with 2 floors and 30,284 square feet of space.
