Permits have been filed to build a three-story building at 132 Wellbrook Avenue, in Manor Heights, Staten Island. The proposed 26-foot-tall building will have 1,200 square feet of residential space and 4,642 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 25, 2022 with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Roseco LLC filed the permit through their representative Stanislav Pilipenko of C&p Design Consultants.
The existing building was built in 1963 with 1 floor and 17,590 square feet of space.
