The permit was filed on Oct 22, 2025 with 5 square feet of front yard and 42.3 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Ning Lu of Sblm Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2026 with 8 floors and 2,915 square feet of space.
