The permit was filed on Aug 26, 2025 with 25.4 square feet of front yard and 30.0 square feet of back yard space.
Kris Rain Development filed the permit through their representative Bakhtiar Shamloo of Tabriz Group Enterprises.
The existing building was built in 1899 with 2 floors and 6,357 square feet of space.
