The permit was filed on Dec 14, 2021 with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Extell Development filed the permit through their representative John Oskwarek of Icor Associates.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1910 with 4 floors and 3,060 square feet of space.
