The permit was filed on Dec 08, 2021 with 17.58 square feet of front yard and 26 square feet of back yard space.
Monadnock Development filed the permit through their representative John Woelfling of Dattner Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2001 with 1 floor and 15,500 square feet of space.
