The permit was filed on Feb 03, 2026 with 15 square feet of front yard and 29 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Kao Hwa Lee of Lawrence Mandarino Architect.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2021 with 2 floors and 3,111 square feet of space.
