The permit was filed on Aug 12, 2021 with 18 square feet of front yard and 29 square feet of back yard space.
Brooklyn B Company Group filed the permit through their representative George Cambourakis of StructuRAl Engineering Technologies.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1978 with 2 floors and 18,300 square feet of space.
