Permits have been filed to build a 14-story 173-unit building at 16105 Hillside Avenue, in Jamaica Hills, Queens. The proposed 144-foot-tall building will have 116,061 square feet of residential space and 9,422 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 12, 2025 with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Mural Real Estate Partners filed the permit through their representative Matthew Melody of Curtis+ginsberg Architects LLP.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1930 with 1 floor and 600 square feet of space.
