The permit was filed on Oct 29, 2021 with 15 square feet of front yard and 37 square feet of back yard space.
Stack Construction filed the permit through their representative Rizwan Salam of Ras Pe Consulting Engineers.
The existing building was built in 1920 with 2 floors and 1,462 square feet of space.
