The proposed 578-foot-tall building will have 2,847 square feet of residential space and 3,446 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Aug 22, 2024 with 18.25 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Stanislav Pilipenko of C&p Design Consultants.
The existing building is a Skyscraper built in 2027 with 54 floors and 52,150 square feet of space.
