Permits have been filed to build a four-story eight-unit building at 180 12th Street, in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The proposed 40-foot-tall building will have 9,899 square feet of residential space and 10,398 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 27, 2025 with 10 square feet of front yard and 33.50 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Thomas Tung of C&p Design Consultants.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1899 with 3 floors and 1,800 square feet of space.
