The permit was filed on Feb 07, 2025 with 11.5 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Muzaffar Jamal of ArchitectuRAl Concept.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2025 with 2 floors and 3,945 square feet of space.
